Policies. Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before check in for a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking cost. No Show Policy: In the even of a No Show, a refund will not be issued. Age Restrictions: Children must be 10yrs of age or older to stay at CrawlBay Suites. Minimum age of 21 is required for booking a room. Cleaning Policy: Daily Housekeeping is provided, this excludes cleaning dirty dishes. Management reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee at completion of guest stay for cleaning dishes or airing out a room due to cooking of excessively fragrant dishes. Smoking Policy: Smoking and or vaping is not allowed in any room and subject to a $250.00 fee. Pets Policy: No pets are allowed on site. Guest Visitors: Guest visitors are only allowed on site with the approval of site management. Visitors may be asked for ID prior to using to entering the facility.
